Today’s Pasta is a light and fresh combination of thinly sliced red onion, black olives, sweet red pepper, baby spinach and wild caught light tuna fish. It’s dressed in a tangy fresh squeezed lemon viniagrette with herbs staight out of our own garden!! This is perfect for the hot weather coming up =)
